罗培辉博士,教授。2007年和2010年于黑龙江大学化学化工与材料学院分别获得工学学士学位和理学硕士学位。2013年于清华大学化学系获得理学博士学位。2013年博士毕业后进入福建江夏学院工作,目前为该校讲师。已发表SCI论文7篇,其中以第一作者身份发表IF>3.0的期刊3篇。
